With the increasing demand for material performance in high-tech fields such as electronic information and semiconductors, as well as the continuous development of the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries, carbon material products, as an indispensable and important foundational material in integrated circuit photovoltaics and semiconductor devices, have become increasingly important. The carbon materials and products industry has ushered in new development space and opportunities. In the semiconductor field, carbon based materials are the fundamental materials for key processes such as manufacturing integrated circuits and chip packaging. The "2025 China International Carbon based Semiconductor Materials and Devices Industry Exhibition" will be held from December 17 to 19, 2025 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.
