Exhibition Procedure

1. Participating companies need to sign an exhibition contract with the organizing unit and fax (take real photos) or mail it to the organizing unit of the exhibition.

2. The organizer shall arrange the booths in sequence according to the principles of confirmation of the exhibition contract, financial receipt, and booth confirmation.

3. The participating units shall fax (or take actual photos) the payment voucher to the organizing unit, and the organizing unit shall send the "Payment Voucher" one month in advance of the event

Exhibitors' Handbook "and" Exhibition Confirmation Letter "are required to register for the exhibition and receive the exhibition certificate upon presentation of the" Exhibition Confirmation Letter ".
