The first China (Hangzhou) International Model Culture Festival (referred to as Hangzhou Model Festival) is the first time that the HEC China International Model Expo, which has been held for 23 years, has moved south from Beijing to Hangzhou, bringing a national carnival of model culture that integrates technology, art, and passion.

The event will be held from November 14-16, 2025 at the Hangzhou International Expo Center Phase II. The Hangzhou International Expo Center Phase II is located in the core area of Qianjiang Century City Olympic Sports on the south bank of the Qiantang River, adjacent to Phase I, with convenient transportation. It is within a half-hour drive from Hangzhou East Station, Hangzhou Railway Station (City Station), and Xiaoshan Airport. Exit A2 of the Expo Center Station on Metro Line 6 directly leads to the main entrance and exit of the exhibition hall.

The China (Hangzhou) International Model Culture Festival plans two major exhibition halls for this period, namely the Static Model Hall and the Dynamic Model and Event Hall.

The Static Model Gallery (1F) includes a static model display area, a static model production exchange competition, a university club exchange area, and a personal studio table placement area. The exhibition scope covers finished alloy car models, game, anime and film peripheral figurines, model game collections, original IP models, plastic assembly models, finished statue models, train track models, sand tables and scene models, various model tools and auxiliary materials, etc.


The exhibition scope of the Dynamic Model and Event Hall (1E) includes remote-controlled tanks, military vehicles/trucks and engineering machinery, remote-controlled aircraft, remote-controlled ships, model sports and entertainment leisure experiences, and dynamic model components. The planned events include indoor RC remote control car racing, 1/10 remote control car performance and competition, simulated ship water posture performance, indoor remote control flight activity, remote control tank interaction and parade, etc.

Innovative applications such as alloy car models, remote control models (sea, land, and air), railway models, games/anime/film/peripheral figurines, robots and AI, tool parts, plastic assembly models, finished statue models, original IP models, military models, sand tables and scene models
