Participation Procedures
1. Exhibitors are required to fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" and stamp it before returning it to the organizing committee of the conference, which will be considered as confirmation of participation.
After registering and confirming the booth, exhibitors must transfer the exhibition fees to the designated account of the organizing committee within 7 days.
3. The booth arrangement is based on the principle of "payment first, arrangement first"; The organizing committee reserves the right to coordinate all booths in a unified manner. If the exhibitor fails to make payment within the specified time, the organizing committee will consider it as an automatic waiver, cancel the exhibition application, and the booth will not be reserved; Exhibitors have no right to rent or transfer their exhibition booths to third parties, and have no right to promote non exhibitors in any way at the venue.
