Participation Procedures

1. Exhibition procedures: Exhibitors are required to carefully fill out the "Exhibition Agreement" and a copy of the "Business License" and fax or express them to the organizing committee of the conference. The exhibition fee should be remitted to the designated account of the organizing committee within ten days, and the bank payment receipt should be faxed to the organizing committee to confirm the eligibility for participation.

2. Booth arrangement: The organizing committee will follow the principle of "first come, first paid, first served". To ensure the overall image of the exhibition, the organizing committee has the right to adjust a small number of booths.

3. Meeting arrangement: The organizing committee will send the "Exhibitor Handbook" (related to schedule, exhibit transportation, hotel reception, booth construction, etc.) to all exhibitors 30 days before the meeting.

4. After registration, the organizing committee will send one issue of Exhibitors Information (worth 1000 yuan) and one promotion of exhibits on WeChat, Weibo, and websites (worth 2000 yuan). Please send your company logo, 1-3 pictures of your main products, and a company and product introduction (within 500 words) via email to be used to promote to professional audiences.
