Booth fees

1. Standard booth

Domestic enterprises: 3M X3M 8000 RMB (20% additional charge for booths on both sides of the main aisle)

Foreign companies: 3M X3M $3000 (20% additional charge for booths on both sides of the main aisle)

Standard booth equipment: exhibition board, raised fascia board, 80 square column profile, one negotiation table, two folding chairs, carpet, two spotlights, and one 5A power socket (limited to low-power audiovisual equipment under 300W).

2. Indoor lighting

Domestic enterprises: 800 yuan/square meter (not less than 36 square meters, with a 20% markup for booths on both sides of the main aisle)

Foreign companies: $300/square meter (not less than 36 square meters, with a 20% markup on both sides of the main aisle booth)

Note: The booth is specially decorated, and the special decoration management fee is borne by the exhibitor.

Conference Forum

Configure as a 50-80 person theater style, with LED screens, sound system, microphone, etc.

Other advertisements: conference proceedings, tickets, venue advertisements, etc. If needed, please contact the organizing committee.

Exhibition Procedure:

1. Exhibitors are required to fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, affix the official seal, and send it to Dalian Huazhan Exhibition Service Co., Ltd.

Within one week after registration, the enterprise shall pay 50% of the total exhibition fee as a deposit to the organizing committee's account to confirm the booth and advertisement. The remaining balance shall be paid before March 30, 2026. Booth allocation is arranged in the order of payment.
