In the face of military transformation in the information age, laser technology, infrared technology, precision optics, optoelectronic sensing AR&VR、 Inertial navigation systems, optical communication, fiber optic cables, semiconductors, and other optoelectronic technologies have become indispensable high-tech equipment in the fields of national defense, military industry, aerospace, weapons, ships, radar, electronics, and other areas as new talents in military information construction and weapon equipment.

To further promote the development of military civilian integration of optoelectronic technology, under the guidance of the Equipment Development Department of the Central Military Commission and the National Defense Science and Technology Industry Bureau, the "2026 China (Beijing) The Military Laser and Optoelectronic Technology Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the "Beijing Military Optoelectronic Exhibition") will be held from June 16th to 18th, 2026 at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. The event will feature a dedicated exhibition and forum area, and is also a large-scale military event that combines exhibitions and forums.

This year's Beijing Military Optoelectronics Exhibition is a special exhibition under the 15th Beijing National Defense and Military Equipment Exhibition, aiming to fully showcase China's military optoelectronic technology innovation and latest achievements, build a platform for military optoelectronic technology innovation, scientific research, exchange and application docking, guide research institutes and high-tech enterprises in military optoelectronic technology innovation and industrial healthy development, and provide strong scientific and technological support for the development of China's national defense and military informationization construction.
