Exhibition Background:

With the promotion of the "Healthy China 2030" strategy and consumption upgrading, the food industry is accelerating its transformation towards intelligence, greenness, and efficiency. As the core hub of the Silk Road Economic Belt, Xi'an has become an important engine for upgrading the food industry in the central and western regions, relying on the huge market demand of 600000 catering stores in the five provinces of Northwest China, as well as the booming development of emerging formats such as pre packaged dishes, baking, and cold chain logistics.

In this context, the 2025 Xi'an International Food Technology and Equipment Exhibition in China, with the theme of "Smart Leading Food Chain and Green Innovation for the Future", focuses on technological innovation throughout the entire food processing, packaging, cold chain, and testing chains, creating an international platform that integrates equipment display, technical exchange, and business docking.
