Exhibition Background:

Driven by the global intelligent transformation of the food industry and China's "dual carbon" strategy, the demand for automation, precision, and greenness in food production, processing, and distribution continues to rise. According to industry predictions, the global food robot market is expected to exceed 1 billion US dollars by 2031, with a compound annual growth rate of 9.1%. As the world's largest food consumer market, China is accelerating the large-scale application of robot technology in areas such as catering, cold chain, and group meals.

As a core node city of the Silk Road Economic Belt, Xi'an has held multiple robot and industrial automation exhibitions continuously, relying on its geographical advantages and manufacturing foundation, attracting more than 2000 enterprises to participate. The 2025 Xi'an International Food Intelligent Robot Exhibition in China will focus on the pain points of intelligent upgrading in the food industry, with the theme of "Smart Food Chain and Smart Future Creation", to create an international platform that integrates technology display, business docking, and standard discussion.
