1、 Preface

China is a maritime power with a vast sea area and enormous potential for marine resources. In building a new energy system based on resource endowment and transforming into a green and low-carbon development mode, marine energy will become an important support for ensuring energy security and an important driving force for achieving green and low-carbon transformation. With the continuous acceleration of China's new energy development, offshore new energy is gradually becoming the main growth point of new energy. As one of the first provinces in China to launch offshore energy projects, Shandong has accumulated rich experience in the planning, initiation, and implementation of the entire project. In order to better promote the high-quality development of China's marine energy, the "2025 China Shandong Offshore New Energy Industry Exhibition and Development Forum" jointly organized by the China Machinery Industry Federation, the China Electrotechnical Society, and the Shandong New Energy Industry Association will be held from September 24-26, 2025 at the Bajiaowan International Convention and Exhibition Center in Yantai. The theme of this exhibition is "Green Development, Low Carbon Future", and the 2025 Green Low Carbon High Quality Development Conference will be held simultaneously. The conference will focus on the cutting-edge technology development and market opportunities prospects of offshore new energy such as wind power, photovoltaics, and hydrogen energy worldwide; Create efficient communication and promote win-win cooperation.
