Shanghai International Conductive Shielding New Materials Exhibition is one of the main activities of China International Industry Expo (hereinafter referred to as "China International Industry Expo"). It is a top event of China's international sealing new materials industry, co sponsored by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, co sponsored by the China Machinery Industry Federation, and undertaken by Shanghai Donghao International Service Trade (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Municipal Economic and Information Commission, and Shanghai Verdi Exhibition Co., Ltd. Open space booth (minimum rent of 36 meters):

Foreign enterprises USD 5000/square meter

Domestic enterprises RMB 1880/square meter

Without any configuration, exhibitors need to build it themselves and pay additional construction management fees and electricity bills.

Standard booth (9 meters):

Foreign companies $5000 per unit

Domestic enterprises cost 18000 yuan per unit

Configuration: 1 consultation desk, 2 folding chairs, 1 paper waste bin, 2 fluorescent lamps (40W), 1 220V socket (non lighting power within 500W).

Technical exchange meeting/new product launch conference

Domestic enterprises will receive 20000 RMB per 40 minutes, while overseas enterprises will receive 4000 USD per 30 minutes. The organizing committee will provide supporting facilities such as venue, tables and chairs, lighting, and sound system.

Participation Procedures

1. Fill out the exhibition application form, stamp and sign it for approval, and then send it to the organizing committee office.

2. The booth arrangement is based on the principle of first come, first paid, and first served. The organizing committee has the right to adjust a small number of booths.

3. Within seven days after confirming the booth, the relevant fees will be transferred to the designated account of the organizing committee. Once the payment is received, the final confirmation of the exhibition booth will be made. Otherwise, the booth will not be retained.

4. If the exhibiting company terminates the exhibition contract midway, the exhibition fees paid to our company will be considered as liquidated damages.

5. Exhibitors are not allowed to transfer their booths or display exhibits unrelated to the exhibition content without authorization, otherwise their participation qualification will be cancelled.
