The total exhibition area of the East Expo is 102000 square meters, with a total of 5400 physical exhibition booths. A total of 1653 companies from 40 countries participated, including 473 foreign exhibitors. More than 311 Fortune 500 companies, China's top 500 companies, and industry leaders participated in the offline exhibition. More than 2000 enterprises participated in the "Cloud East Expo" online, and 30 enterprises from countries jointly building the "the Belt and Road" participated. 77 Chinese and foreign procurement teams attended the conference both online and offline.

Since its inception, the East Expo has actively served Guangxi's open development strategy implemented in different periods. Actively serving institutional open cooperation, showcasing and promoting the Guangxi Pilot Free Trade Zone, promoting the construction of the China Vietnam Friendship Pass Smart Port and the ASEAN Standardization Cooperation and Exchange Center, and expanding institutional openness in rules, regulations, management, standards, and other areas towards ASEAN; Actively and comprehensively connect with national strategies such as the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, and assist Guangxi in building a cross regional cross-border industrial chain and supply chain of "Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Beibu Gulf Economic Zone ASEAN"; Actively serve to build a closer China ASEAN community of shared future, expanding from serving "10+1" to serving RCEP and jointly building the "the Belt and Road". Driven by the East China International Fair, Guangxi is accelerating the construction of a new highland of high-level opening up and the formation of a new pattern of all-round high-level opening up and development.

The 22nd East Asian Expo focuses on accelerating the implementation and effectiveness of the China ASEAN Free Trade Area 3.0 version, with effectiveness as the core, innovation as the driving force, market orientation, and service as the support. It continues to focus on its main business, ASEAN, and effectiveness, striving to achieve the "Five Improvements" goal, which is to help enhance political mutual trust between China and ASEAN, accelerate the implementation and effectiveness of the China ASEAN Free Trade Area 3.0 version, upgrade China ASEAN trade and investment cooperation, improve the quality of China ASEAN exchanges in multiple fields, and enhance the efficiency of Guangxi's open development.

The 22nd East China Expo will fully display and publicize the latest achievements of Guangxi's efforts to promote the construction of "one zone, two places, one park and one channel", the latest development of modern industrial system in Guangxi, and comprehensively present the new picture of Chinese path to modernization in Guangxi. For the first time, a new quality productivity museum has been established, with specialized exhibition areas for artificial intelligence, digital economy, low altitude economy (unmanned aerial vehicles), Beidou navigation applications, and other fields. The first blue economy exhibition area has been set up, inviting well-known domestic and foreign enterprises and leading companies in related fields to participate in the exhibition, helping Guangxi accelerate the development of new quality productivity and continuously open up new fields and tracks for high-quality development. A new specialized museum for Guangxi's advantageous and characteristic industries will be established to showcase Guangxi's unique industrial chains with comparative advantages, such as new energy vehicles, non-ferrous metal new materials, food processing, and biomedicine, through a "chain+expo" approach. Special promotion activities will be organized around the Western Land Sea New Corridor, border and port industrial parks, China ASEAN Industrial Cooperation Zone, etc., to facilitate the landing of a number of major industrial projects and help Guangxi build a modern industrial system.

After confirming the eligibility to participate in the China ASEAN Expo, the Secretariat will send a notification to the enterprises and arrange booths based on the confirmed content. The Secretariat of China ASEAN Expo reserves the right to adjust booths.

The 22nd East Expo will be held in Nanning, Guangxi from September 17 to 21, 2025, with Myanmar as the theme country and Guilin, Guangxi serving as the "Charming City" of China.

In the new year, the East China Expo will continue to play an important role as an open platform between China and ASEAN, promoting the concerted efforts of China and ASEAN, carefully writing a new chapter of "diamond studded crown" upgrading and development, and jointly welcoming a better tomorrow of China ASEAN cooperation.
