Exhibition Introduction

The VietAd Vietnam Advertising Logo Exhibition is jointly organized by the Vietnam Advertising Association and the Ho Chi Minh City Advertising Association, with support from the Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Ministry of Information Industry and Communications. VietAd has been certified as an international exhibition by the UFI International Exhibition Alliance and has successfully held 15 sessions, winning the Vietnam Advertising Association's Active Contribution Award. VietAd is the only large-scale professional advertising exhibition in Vietnam.

The advertising market in Vietnam is growing at an annual rate of approximately 25%. There are nearly 6000 advertising companies in Vietnam, with local enterprises accounting for only about 20% of the advertising market share, while the remaining 80% of the market share is held by foreign enterprises. Vietnam's advertising equipment and materials mainly come from imports, which brings unlimited business opportunities for Chinese companies to enter the Vietnamese market. Vietnam has significant geographical advantages in the construction of the "the Belt and Road". Vietnam is the only Southeast Asian country connected to China by sea and land, and is a necessary passage for China's southwest sea route. Therefore, through Vietnam, one can enter Southeast Asia and South Asia, and then directly reach multiple trade routes in Europe. Market Overview

Vietnam is one of the countries with the highest global economic growth rate. Vietnam follows a comprehensive, diversified, and friendly diplomatic route, maintaining friendly relations with traditional neighboring countries and actively developing friendly cooperation with ASEAN countries. It focuses on developing relations with major countries such as China, the United States, Russia, Japan, India, and the European Union, as well as international organizations such as the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. Vietnam actively participates in international affairs, has established diplomatic relations with 180 countries, maintains economic and trade exchanges with nearly 200 countries and regions, and joined the World Trade Organization (WTO) in 2007. According to Price Water House Coopers' forecast, Vietnam will become the 28th largest economy in the world with a gross domestic product of $85 billion by 2025. Vietnam's total population in 2023 is 104 million, making it the 15th largest market in the world with a population of over 100 million. Vietnam's GDP has maintained a relatively fast growth rate in the past two decades, with an average growth rate of around 6.5%. The Vietnamese government also proposed a five-year economic growth target of 6.5-7% in early 2016, and has taken a series of active and open measures to stimulate economic development in order to achieve this goal. At the end of 2011, Vietnam reduced import tariffs on manufactured goods covered by the ASEAN Free Trade Area/ASEAN Common Effective Preferential Tariff (CEPT) by 1-5%. By 2017, Vietnam will implement comprehensive zero tariffs on general products. ASEAN member countries include Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
