Background of the conference

The focus of Chongqing's transformation and upgrading is on the "four transformations" (namely, upgrading the size, water, roads, and soil), striving to build a number of modern grain and oil, planting and breeding circular industry demonstration zones that are suitable for machinery, agriculture, drainage, irrigation, high and stable yields, and drought and flood protection.
