Background of the conference

In December 2023, Chongqing issued the "Chongqing Agricultural Machinery Equipment R&D, Manufacturing, Promotion and Application Integrated Development Action Plan (2023-2027)", which clearly stated that by 2027, the city will strive to build a national highland for agricultural machinery equipment R&D and manufacturing in hilly and mountainous areas, and successfully create a national advanced manufacturing cluster for agricultural machinery equipment in hilly and mountainous areas.

The Action Plan includes 7 aspects and 14 tasks, covering the demand side, research and development side, supply side, promotion side, market side, etc. On the demand side, Chongqing will focus on major grain and oil crops, characteristic economic crops, livestock and poultry, and aquaculture industries, and conduct a survey on the demand for agricultural mechanization in key links such as cultivation, plant protection, harvesting, drying, straw treatment, waste disposal, storage and processing. A batch of advanced and applicable small-scale, lightweight, and multifunctional agricultural machinery and equipment will be developed to enhance the enthusiasm and practical benefits of farmers in hilly and mountainous areas to use agricultural machinery and equipment.

At the R&D end, Chongqing supports universities and other scientific research forces inside and outside the city to jointly build key laboratories and agricultural mechanization research bases, striving to create national key laboratories and National Engineering Research Center; Accelerate the construction of municipal level agricultural machinery and equipment technology innovation centers and manufacturing industry innovation centers, and support high-quality agricultural machinery enterprises to create ministerial level enterprise key laboratories; Strengthen cooperation between Sichuan and Chongqing, accelerate the construction of the Southwest Agricultural Intelligent Equipment Innovation Center, and actively create a national level agricultural machinery and equipment innovation center in hilly and mountainous areas.

Conference Introduction

The 12th Chongqing Agricultural Machinery Exhibition and Chongqing Hilly and Mountainous Agricultural Machinery Exhibition in 2025 will have 800 booths and an exhibition area of 20000 square meters. The conference will be based in Chongqing and radiate throughout the country. It is widely recognized in the industry as a professional, international, large-scale, fully exhibited, and well attended exchange platform for the agricultural machinery industry, integrating trade and research.

This exhibition focuses on showcasing and promoting advanced agricultural and forestry equipment in hilly and mountainous areas, mainly covering grain and oil crop machinery, fruit and vegetable tea fungus machinery, animal husbandry machinery, garden machinery, intelligent manufacturing equipment and components suitable for hilly and mountainous areas.

Expo Goal

To implement the major strategic deployment of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the construction of a strong agricultural country, promote agricultural exchanges and cooperation, and enhance the local agricultural brand and influence. Free shuttle bus service

The organizing committee of this exhibition will organize buses to set up shuttle points in major agricultural machinery markets in various provinces and cities, as well as in all districts and counties of Chongqing, to provide free transportation for professional visitors to the venue and observe participating companies.

Standard booth (3mx3m)

Booth price: RMB 6000/piece (double opening plus 800/piece)

Booth equipment: including exhibition board, fascia board, one table and two chairs, two spotlights, and one 220V power socket.

Deluxe standard booth (3mx3m)

Booth price: RMB 8800 per piece (double opening with an additional charge of 1000 per piece)

Booth configuration: In addition to the standard booth configuration, the booth will be uniformly decorated in a luxurious manner, effectively reflecting the overall strength and image of the participating enterprises.

Micro special booth (3mx6m)

Booth price: RMB 18000 per 18 ㎡ mini special equipment

Booth equipment: including steel truss construction, painting, carpet, negotiation tables and chairs, and lighting.

Specialized vacant land (minimum rental area of 36 square meters)

Booth price: RMB 600/㎡ for indoor use

Note: The special installation space does not include any exhibition facilities, electricity fees, management fees, etc

Participation Procedures  

1. Exhibitors are required to fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, affix the official seal, and fax or email it to the organizing committee of the conference.

2. Within 5 working days after enterprise registration, the exhibition fee will be transferred to the designated account of the conference organizing committee to determine the booth;

3. The exhibition booths, advertisements, etc. will be arranged by the organizing committee in a unified manner of "first come, first paid, first allocated", and co organizers can give priority to arrangements.

4. If the registered exhibitors are unable to participate due to their own reasons, the fees paid will not be refunded, and the reserved booth will be fully handled by the organizer;

5. Comply with the overall layout of the exhibition, and the organizing unit has the right to adjust the position of individual booths as necessary and inform the participating units in a timely manner.
