After obtaining confirmation from the Secretariat, the exhibition fee (50% advance payment or full payment) shall be wired or paid to the organizing committee within seven days;

After receiving the exhibition fee, the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee will immediately issue an invoice of equal amount for the booth fee to the participating units;
