1. After registering, exhibitors will receive an invitation letter from our company. To apply for a booth, exhibitors need to submit an accurate and detailed "Exhibition Application Form", fill it out with a seal, and send it to our company.

2. Personnel going abroad procedures: Our company issues an exhibition confirmation letter, and the enterprise prepares personnel information and documents. Our company provides an invitation letter and handles visa procedures on behalf of the personnel. Assist with visa application.

3. Exhibits transportation: All types of exhibits sent by exhibitors must be reported to the organizing committee for review in advance. Our company will declare customs in advance and complete relevant procedures in accordance with relevant regulations.
