1. After filling out the exhibition application form and signing and stamping it, the applicant shall fax or mail it to the office of the organizing committee of the conference.

2. The organizer will arrange booths according to the principle of "apply first, pay first, confirm first".

3. The applying unit shall pay 50% or the full amount of the exhibition fee within 5 working days, and the remaining balance shall be paid before November 10, 2025. For companies that register to participate in the exhibition after November 1st, the organizer will no longer charge a deposit, and the booth fee must be paid in full within 5 days of confirmation of participation.

4. The applying unit shall fax the telegraphic transfer voucher to the organizing committee of the conference. The organizing committee will send the "Notice of Exhibitors Entering the Hall" one month in advance of the conference and report to the venue to collect the exhibition certificate.
