The China International Clean Energy Expo began in 2009 and has been successfully held for fourteen sessions. It is the first multi category professional expo in China to focus on the clean energy equipment industry chain. Currently, it has developed into the preferred platform for government departments to understand the development of the clean energy industry, domestic and international exchange and cooperation in the clean energy industry, the release of innovative technology products by new energy enterprises, the selection and centralized procurement of new energy equipment by central (state-owned) power enterprises, and the general public to understand the current situation and future direction of clean energy development.

The theme of this expo is "Focusing on Energy New Quality Productivity, Green Power Ecological Supply Chain". It includes three major exhibitions on solar energy, energy storage, and hydrogen energy, as well as a comprehensive exhibition area.
