四川纺织服装产业作为四川省工业经济中的特色产业，拥

有从面辅料生产、染整加工，到原创设计、服装生产的完整产

业链和资源基础。目前，包括纺织服务业在内的传统制造业正

在经历智能化、高端化、绿色化的高质量转型；国家区域平衡

战略深入实施，包括四川在内的中国西部区域正处于承接东部

产业资源转移的关键时刻；中国正在加快构建以国内大循环为

主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局。新的战略格局

和指导方针下，四川纺织服务业面临难得的历史机遇和挑战。

在此时代环境下，定于2024年9月6日到8日，在成都举办的

2024第三届西部（成都）国际纺织服装供应链博览会（简称

“西部服博会”）充分把握机遇，勇担重任。将在历届展会基础

上，进一步扩大博览会辐射范围，稳重点，抓细节，把目光投

向纺织服装产业供应链的各个环节，充分展现供应链各环节的

研用成果。

展示范围包括服装贴牌、原创设计、高级定制、职业装·团

服、校服园服、面料辅料、流行纱线、箱包配饰、帽子围巾、

时尚袜品、时尚鞋业、服装智能制造等等，搭建产业上下游之

间交流、沟通的桥梁和供需、合作的平台。本次博览会的成功

举办，将以更加开放的姿态整合纺织、服装、时尚产业的资源

要素，开拓产业发展新道路，促进四川纺织服装业提质增效，

更好地进行转型升级。也将积极推动四川全省纺织服装产业链

上下游深度融合，促进成渝经济圈共融共通，打造更具活力和

影响力的成渝时尚产业生态圈
