1、 Review of previous exhibitions

As is well known, Shandong Province is a major chemical industry province in China. In the first half of 2023, 3204 chemical production enterprises above designated size in Shandong achieved operating income of 1.33 trillion yuan and profits of 71.3 billion yuan, accounting for 25.6% and 27.8% of the province's industrial scale above designated size, respectively. The added value of the entire industry has maintained rapid growth, with Shandong's chemical industry increasing by 20% year-on-year, which is 14.5 percentage points higher than the growth rate of industrial added value above designated size. Multiple industries such as rubber processing, petrochemicals, fertilizers, chlor alkali, and synthetic materials occupy an important proportion in China, whether it is the overall scale, technical equipment level, or the economic strength, management level, innovation ability, and market competitiveness of enterprises. The manufacturing of refined petroleum products, specialized chemical products, and rubber products all rank among the top in the country in terms of main revenue. Zibo is also an important city in Shandong's chemical industry. With this market advantage, the Zibo Chemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition has become a grand event in the chemical industry.

The previous exhibition was perfectly held from May 12th to 14th, 2023 at the Zibo Convention and Exhibition Center, with the opening of A, B, C, D, S, W, and Import and Export Halls. The total exhibition area reached more than 60000 square meters, an increase of 38% compared to last year. Among them, there were nearly 500 special exhibition booths, more than 600 standard exhibition booths, equivalent to more than 2000 standard exhibition booths, and more than 800 well-known domestic enterprises participated in the exhibition.

The exhibition covers eight major sections: pump and valve electromechanical equipment, instrumentation automation, chemical technology equipment, safety and explosion-proof equipment, refrigeration and heat exchange treatment equipment, wastewater and exhaust gas environmental protection treatment technology, packaging and storage equipment, and chemical products. Key industries including petroleum, chemical, chlor alkali, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, biological fermentation, food, papermaking, sugar making, steel, electrolytic aluminum, coking, tires, water conservancy, heating, electricity, electronics, metallurgy, ceramics, printing and dyeing, building materials, fire protection, agricultural irrigation, industrial and mining well drainage, and environmental protection were invited to visit the conference. Over three days, more than 80000 professional visitors were received, an increase of 26% compared to last year. According to statistics, the on-site intended transaction amount is 1.5 billion yuan!
