2、 Vietnam Power Exhibition Series Senior Forum and Conference

The China ASEAN Forum on Electricity Cooperation and Development (hereinafter referred to as the "Forum") has been successfully held for 13 sessions. With the increasing emphasis on sustainable energy and the promotion of the "dual carbon" goals, green electricity has become an inevitable trend. The forum will explore strengthening technological innovation, clean energy development and cooperation, and promote the construction of a green, low-carbon, safe, and efficient modern energy system. Share experiences and connect with needs through various forms to promote practical cooperation. This year's forum will continue to be jointly organized by the government of Guangxi Autonomous Region and the China Electric Power Enterprise Federation. The theme of this event is "Building a Green Power New Future Energy Integration Development", focusing on green development and innovation in the power industry. On the basis of holding high-level forums, we will negotiate and sign contracts to assist enterprises in landing power cooperation projects with ASEAN countries and Guangxi. The forum will provide sponsor units with exclusive sponsorship brand authorization, VIP attendance, promotion, conference proceedings, on-site advertising and other promotional rewards, deep participation in the forum, and customizable personalized reward content. Interested enterprises and units are requested to promptly submit their demands to the forum organizing committee, serve as partners for the 2024 forum, and negotiate cooperation with the organizing committee and request relevant cooperation plans and materials.

While enjoying the night view, the guests will also share industry information and expand their industry network with peers in the energy and power industry at home and abroad.

Vietnam is the manufacturing center of Southeast Asia and one of the fastest-growing economies in Asia. Its strong industrialization process has driven its demand for energy and electricity. Currently, Vietnam is a hot spot country for investment and trade in power technology and equipment, with an annual growth rate of 20-25%. However, its domestic self-sufficiency in equipment and materials is only 30-55%. Vietnam's existing power facilities have not been updated and replaced in a timely manner, resulting in insufficient power production capacity, and the power structure urgently needs to be transformed and upgraded.

On May 15, 2023, the Vietnamese government officially approved the National Power Development Plan for the 2021-2030 Phase and Long Range Outlook to 2050 (PDP 8). According to PDP 8, Vietnam will optimize its power supply structure and accelerate the development of renewable energy. By 2030, the total installed capacity of Vietnam's electricity is set at 150 million kilowatts, which is equivalent to doubling the current installed capacity. By 2030, the total installed capacity of wind power will reach 27.88 million kilowatts, accounting for 18.5% of the total installed capacity; By 2030, the total installed capacity of solar energy will reach 12.83 million kilowatts, accounting for 8.5% of the total installed capacity. By 2030, the total installed capacity of hydropower will reach 31.746 million kilowatts, accounting for 21.1% of the total installed capacity. In summary, the development potential of Vietnam's energy market is enormous, which will bring huge market opportunities to Chinese energy and power enterprises who are willing to explore the Vietnamese market.

5、 Exhibition fees

1. Luxury Standard (3m) × 3m): 43800.00 RMB per domestic enterprise; 6000.00 USD/piece for overseas enterprises (including: 9 ㎡ standard booth decoration and one page of color pages in the conference journal).

2. Standard booth (3m × 3m): 29800.00 RMB per domestic enterprise; 4500.00 USD per overseas enterprise.

3. Indoor open space (starting from 36 square meters): 2980.00 RMB/square meter for domestic enterprises; 450.00 USD/㎡ for overseas enterprises.

Note: Standard booth configuration: 1 company Chinese and English lintel, fence, negotiation table, 2 chairs, 2 spotlights, 1 220/5A power socket, 1 paper basket, and carpeting. The clean ground does not contain any configuration.

sixSupporting policies

1. Provide free venues for special economic and trade activities such as project promotion, media interviews, business matching, and dealer docking for well-known exhibitors.

New product debut: If a company has a new product debut or makes its debut at this year's expo, they can bring their exhibits (or provide product videos) to the live stage for promotion and display.

2. Participation conditions: The booth will only be arranged in a special decoration (or luxury label) manner, and there will be no standard exhibition. Mainly focused on government and business association clusters, demonstration cities, bonded port areas, free trade zone achievement exhibitions, e-commerce platforms, financial and insurance cooperation, foreign and overseas Chinese affairs, legal consulting, cutting-edge technology promotion, and investment and financing project transactions, arranged according to the principle of priority. For participating units in various provinces and cities (exhibition projects), units with an area of 144 square meters or more can participate in the Central Stage Promotion Conference for free according to the principle of priority. (The organizing committee will set up a central stage in the central hall square of the exhibition center, and focus on promoting key projects according to the application situation. The Key Project Concentration Promotion Conference is a good opportunity for participating units to enhance their own visibility and promote display and publicity, and also an opportunity for communication and cooperation with other participating units.) The organizing committee reserves the right to screen projects and adjust exhibition booths.

3. The Vietnam Electricity Exhibition is one of the key exhibitions held overseas by the China Electricity Council and the China Electricity Council for the Promotion of International Trade. To encourage enterprises to actively participate in exhibitions, the following supportive policies will be adopted:

3.1. This project will be applied for inclusion in the annual overseas projects of relevant national departments, providing a series of conveniences for personnel entry and exit, goods transportation, subsidy application, project negotiations, high-level meetings, etc. of all participating units;

3.2. Support exhibitors to apply for relevant subsidies in their respective provinces, cities, and national commerce departments.

3.3. Provide preferential and convenient services for the transportation of exhibits by exhibitors.

3.4. Provide labor subsidies to enterprise exhibitors.

3.5. For each province, city (district), or industry association that organizes 10 enterprises, the organizer can bear the cost of one team leader accompanying the team from Guangzhou or Nanning (the team leader must accompany the team for visits).
