Sichuan is located in western China and is an important junction of the Southwest, Northwest, and Central regions. As one of the world's recognized major source countries for international students, China has become a forefront for universities in major destination countries to attract outstanding Chinese students. According to statistics from the Ministry of Education, the number of people studying abroad in 2023 has increased by 20% compared to 2022. It is expected that the number of people studying abroad will approach 800000 this year. According to incomplete statistics, the number of people studying abroad in Sichuan in 2023 was nearly 80000, accounting for about 10% of the total number of people studying abroad in China each year, second only to Beijing and Shanghai. It is expected to continue to rise in the coming years, and more and more children from working families are studying abroad. The market for young people studying abroad has gradually emerged.
The 2024 Western China (Chengdu and Chongqing) International Study Abroad Education Exhibition will attract over a hundred universities from more than 20 countries and regions around the world to participate. Fee standards
Standard booth: (3m) × 3m) Domestic: 15000 RMB/piece, foreign: 2800 USD/piece (configuration: provide a fence, 1 consultation desk, 2 folding chairs, 2 lintels, spotlights, and 1 power socket).
Special Decoration Space: (Starting from 36 square meters) Domestic special decoration space costs 1500 yuan/square meter, while foreign special decoration space costs 280 US dollars/square meter. (Light decoration configuration: "Light decoration" only provides exhibition space, does not include exhibition racks, exhibition equipment, and does not include special decoration booth management fees or power costs)
On site product promotion forum lecture at the exhibition costs 20000 yuan per session, with each session lasting 40 minutes. Attending procedures
1. Exhibitors, please fill out the "Exhibition Receipt Form" in detail and stamp it with the official seal, and send or scan it to the organizing committee. Within 5 days after registration, the booth fee must be transferred to the designated account of the conference.
2. All exhibitors follow the principle of "registration first, payment first, and arrangement first". The organizing committee has the right to automatically cancel or move unpaid booths until they are fully booked.
3. After confirming the booth, the organizing committee will send the "Exhibitor Handbook" to the exhibiting units, which includes detailed conference schedule, exhibition transportation, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation (discounted prices) arrangements, item rental and service, advertising, visa application, weather and other related service information. For institutions that need to pick up, please contact the organizing committee five days in advance and bear the relevant costs.
4. The details and special requirements of the height arrangement of the exhibiting units shall be specified in the exhibition contract form.
5. The organizing committee will engrave the booth lintel names in both Chinese and English based on the contract of the registered institution.
