1、 Exhibition Overview:

Against the backdrop of global climate goals and China's carbon neutrality goals, China's energy consumption structure and carbon dioxide emissions will undergo significant changes. Hydrogen, as a new type of energy with a wide range of sources, clean usage processes, and diverse application fields, is becoming increasingly mature in production and utilization technology. It will play an increasingly important role in the future development of green, low-carbon, and clean energy. In recent years, relevant national departments have continuously issued documents such as the "Medium - and Long Term Plan for the Development of Hydrogen Energy Industry (2021-2035)" and the "14th Five Year Plan" for the Development of New Energy Storage, clarifying the three "strategic positioning" of hydrogen energy, proposing to promote the breakthrough and transformation of green and low-carbon technologies, and advancing China's process of achieving the "dual carbon" goal. China has entered the accelerated development stage of the hydrogen energy industry and has entered an important window of development for the hydrogen energy industry.

At present, the hydrogen energy industry is mainly applied in fields such as fuel cell vehicles and energy storage. As a well-known automobile manufacturing base and an important development area for new energy vehicles in China, Hubei Province has issued twelve relevant policy support measures, which have a good foundation and superior conditions to promote the development of the hydrogen energy industry. To further promote the rapid development of the hydrogen energy industry, the 2024 Wuhan International Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Industry Expo will be grandly held from August 14 to 16, 2024 at the Wuhan International Expo Center. The exhibition will showcase cutting-edge technologies and application solutions in the entire industry chain of hydrogen preparation, storage, transportation, fuel cells, and terminal applications under the theme of "Green Hydrogen Energy, Empowering the Future". 5、 Fee standards

1. Exhibition fees

Starting rent for 36 square meters of indoor light and ground: ¥ 1100 yuan/square meter, self designed and built without any configuration

Configuration standard: One table and two chairs, two spotlights, one 5A/220V socket, double opening position with an additional 10% exhibition fee

2. Forum fee: The forum will have more than 30 authoritative and well-known experts from domestic and foreign industries giving speeches. Exhibitors can voluntarily apply for forum speeches and technical exchanges. The fee for domestic enterprises is 30000 yuan, and the duration is 20 minutes (the speaker will name the co organizer of the forum, display the company logo on multiple billboards and conference rooms).

3. Sponsorship fees:

1. Sponsorship from exhibition co organizers: Diamond sponsorship of 200000 yuan, gold sponsorship of 150000 yuan, and silver sponsorship of 100000 yuan.

2: Illegal information sponsorship during the exhibition: (straps, badges, tickets, invitations) Exclusive sponsorship of 100000 yuan, divided into 50000 yuan.

6、 Exhibition procedures

1. Exhibitors are requested to fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, stamp it with the official seal, and then fax or send it to the organizing committee of the conference.

Within 5 working days after registration, the company shall transfer the exhibition fees to the designated account of the conference to determine the booth.

3. Booths, advertisements, etc. will be arranged uniformly by the organizing committee, with the principle of "apply first, pay first, and allocate first".

4. In case of uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, government actions, social anomalies, etc., the organizing unit may delay or cancel the exhibition. Special reminder: It is strictly prohibited to sublet or resell the rented booth. It is not allowed to display counterfeit and infringing products, as well as retail exhibits or sell other goods on-site in the exhibition hall. Once discovered, the organizing committee will cancel the participation qualification and the booth fee will not be refunded.
