GRAFINCA, the Peru International Advertising Exhibition, is one of the professional exhibitions in the advertising manufacturing and printing industries in the South Pacific, and is the largest advertising exhibition in Peru. The annual international advertising exhibition has been successfully held for fifteen sessions, and GRAFINCA is defined as an industry event, as well as a communication platform for visual communication, including graphic design, advertising, and photography. In 2023, more than 180 companies participated in the exhibition, with an exhibition area of 18000 square meters, including many internationally renowned enterprises. Peru has a land area of 1.285 million square kilometers, ranking fourth in Latin America. Peru has a population of 31 million, and Lima is the capital of Peru. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Peru in November 1971, the relationship between the two countries has maintained good development. In 2009, the two countries signed a free trade agreement, which came into effect in 2010. It was the first comprehensive free trade agreement reached between China and Latin American countries. In 2011, China surpassed the United States to become Peru's largest trading partner and export market. In April 2013, the two heads of state announced the upgrade of bilateral relations to a "comprehensive strategic partnership", making Peru the only Latin American country to have both a comprehensive strategic partnership and a free trade agreement with China. From January to May 2015, Peru's imports decreased by 11.7% year-on-year, to 15.618 billion US dollars. Peru imported 3.539 billion US dollars from China, a year-on-year increase of 1.1%; Imports from the second largest source country, the United States, amounted to 3.333 billion US dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 12.4%; Imports from Brazil amounted to 707 million US dollars, a decrease of 11.8%. From January to November 2021, the bilateral trade volume between China and Peru reached 33.7 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 59.71%. China's exports to Peru reached 11.9 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 52.56%, while imports from Peru reached 21.8 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 63.9%, resulting in a trade deficit of 9.9 billion US dollars;

From January to November 2020, the bilateral trade volume between China and Peru reached 21.1 billion US dollars, a slight decrease of 2.3% year-on-year. Among them, China's exports to Peru amounted to 7.8 billion US dollars, a slight increase of 1.29% year-on-year; Imports from Peru amounted to 13.3 billion US dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 4.31%, resulting in a trade deficit of 5.5 billion US dollars.

From January to November 2019, the bilateral trade volume between China and Peru reached 21.6 billion US dollars, an increase of 1.4% year-on-year. Among them, China's exports to Peru amounted to 7.7 billion US dollars, a significant increase of 5.47% year-on-year; Imports from Peru amounted to 13.9 billion US dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 0.71%, resulting in a trade deficit of 6.2 billion US dollars
