Exhibition Overview:
The 2024 Wuhan Prefabricated Building and Integrated Housing Exhibition is one of the special exhibition areas of the 2024 Wuhan International Green Building Materials Expo. This exhibition is expected to attract more than 500 prefabricated enterprises from both domestic and foreign countries to participate, and is expected to invite more than 40000 professional visitors from across the country.
The Wuhan International Green Building Materials Expo has been successfully held for fourteen sessions, becoming an annual large-scale exchange event in the construction industry in Wuhan. Relevant personnel from the Hubei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development, Wuhan Municipal Commission of Urban Construction, and others have personally visited the exhibition site for guidance.
Exhibition scope
1. Architectural design: scheme design, preliminary design and construction drawing design, component deepening design, design software, EPC software, BIM consulting.
2. Prefabricated structural systems: steel structures, wood structures, prefabricated concrete structures, steel wood structures, wall panels, floor slabs, roof panels, integrated bathrooms, decorative integration, etc.
3. Integrated housing: wooden villas, composite wooden houses, bamboo and wood houses, light steel structures, color steel activity rooms, composite lifting rooms, folding box houses container rooms, new insulation sheds, antique buildings, mobile toilets, canopies, and sunrooms (including steel and wood structures, aluminum and wood structures, and steel and aluminum structures).
4. Industrialization of interior decoration: integrated bathroom, integrated kitchen, integrated wall panels, integrated underfloor heating, integrated ceiling, smart home, etc.
5. The exhibition area of prefabricated building model houses focuses on showcasing residential buildings, small town construction, the concept of Tomorrow's Home, urban commercial buildings, modular buildings, integrated houses and building components, and model houses built in modern architectural methods. Through the design concept and integration technology of demonstration housing model rooms, various prefabricated building systems, as well as low-carbon and environmentally friendly housing integration technologies and achievements are showcased.
6. Manufacturing of PC Concrete Prefabrication Equipment Factory: Complete set of concrete prefabricated equipment, PC automated production line, concrete conveyor, concrete distributor, vibration table and control system, mold access machine and control system, three-dimensional curing kiln, steam curing temperature control system, pre curing system and temperature control system, side force demoulding machine, plate transport flatcar, scraping machine, polishing machine, mold cleaning machine, roughening machine, CNC marking machine, spray demoulding agent device, shuttle car, palletizing machine, side tipping machine, storage rack, support, driving wheel and control system, full line control system, mold, laser cutting machine, concrete mixing station, PC building mold, heavy-duty forklift, prefabricated component transport vehicle. 1. The fee for an international standard booth of 9 square meters is RMB 7200 per booth. Indoor special booth (starting rent of 36 square meters): The fee is RMB 800 per square meter. (Note: The standard booth construction configuration includes three side panels, company name lintel, carpet, one consultation table, two chairs, two spotlights, and one 220V/5A power socket. If special electricity is required, please explain in advance and charge separately. Special booth does not provide any exhibition equipment and facilities, and the special booth management fees and water and electricity fees charged by the exhibition hall are borne by the exhibitors themselves.)
