In 1966, the first China Labor Protection Equipment Trading Fair was successfully held in Shanghai. Afterwards, the venue of the Labor Protection Trade Fair expanded to various regions, covering the entire country in the southeast, northwest, and central regions. Especially after 2000, the location selection of labor protection trade fairs has adhered to the urban layout of one south, one north, and one east, one west, in order to drive the balanced development of the national labor protection industry.

The 104th Labor Protection Association held in April 2023 once again broke a new record in the development history of the Labor Protection Association. The exhibition gathered 1522 exhibitors from 14 countries and regions, with a display area of over 80000 square meters, and attracted a total of 47616 professional visitors to observe and trade on site.
