Through the integration and integration of physical models, sensors, operational history, and other data, digital twins complete mapping in virtual space, presenting a technology concept that transcends reality in the form of "digital twins". Especially with the rapid development of Internet of Things technology, the application of digital twin, a digital mapping system, in the smart industry is becoming increasingly common and has become a key investment area for many enterprises.

With the increasing maturity of digital twin technology, national and local governments have incorporated it into the top-level design framework of smart cities, accelerating the implementation and construction of CIM platforms nationwide, and coordinating the resolution of compatibility between various modeling technologies and data standardization issues. At the national level, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, and other ministries have intensively issued policy documents, effectively promoting the development and implementation of urban information model related technologies and applications.

According to statistical reports from industry evaluation agencies, the current size of China's digital twin market has exceeded the 10 billion mark, and it is expected that the market size will reach 37.5 billion yuan by 2025.

The 25th China International High tech Fair (hereinafter referred to as the High tech Fair), jointly organized by the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the China National Intellectual Property Administration, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, will be held in Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center from November 15 (Wednesday) to 19 (Sunday), 2023.

The total exhibition area of the previous High tech Fair was 406000 square meters, with 5671 exhibitors appearing at physical exhibitions, bringing 8667 projects for exhibitions and transactions. Among them, 1302 new products and 407 new technologies made their debut, covering fields such as digital twin technology, artificial intelligence, big data and cloud computing, information security, and blockchain.
