※ Exhibition Tips

1. Without the consent of the organizing committee, exhibitors are not allowed to transfer their booths arbitrarily. Once discovered, their participation qualification will be revoked.

2. After filling out the "booth exhibition contract form" and affixing the official seal, the enterprise will send it to the organizing committee. The booth fee will be transferred to the designated account of the conference within 3 working days. After the organizing committee receives the booth payment, the booth confirmation letter will be sent.

3. The booth exhibition contract form shall be deemed as a contract for use. If the inability to participate in the exhibition is due to unilateral reasons of the exhibitor, an application for cancellation can be submitted within 3 working days of applying for the booth (including advertising). Otherwise, the exhibitor has no right to cancel the application. If the exhibitor insists on canceling the booth, they still need to pay 100% of the exhibition fee. Meanwhile, the organizing committee reserves the right to recover other losses.

4. If, due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond their control (such as epidemics, earthquakes, wars), one or more exhibition venues are forced to be temporarily or for a long time, or the exhibition is postponed or shortened, the exhibitor has no right to demand the revocation or cancellation of the contract, nor any right to claim compensation from the organizing committee, especially the right to demand compensation for damages. If the organizing committee cancels the exhibition due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control, or cancels the exhibition because it has become unreasonable for the organizing committee to hold such an exhibition, the organizing committee shall not be responsible for the damage and adverse effects caused to the exhibitors by the cancellation of the exhibition due to the above reasons.
