Currently, in the context of the country's advocacy for economic dual circulation and the acceleration of high-quality development and construction in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, China's water leisure tourism industry is facing an unprecedented development trend. In order to promote the high-quality development of yachts, water sports, water tourism, and related industry chains in China, a one-stop exhibition and exchange platform for the industry will be built, supported by the Cruise Yacht Branch of the China Transportation Association, sponsored by the Guangdong Yacht Industry Association, co organized by Huangpu Culture (Guangzhou) Development Group Co., Ltd. (proposed), Guangzhou Development Zone Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd. (proposed), and Guangdong Wuzhou Yacht Co., Ltd The "Asian Yacht Exhibition (Autumn)" co hosted by Guangdong Hongwei International Convention and Exhibition Group Co., Ltd. was held in Guangzhou from November 16 to 20, 2023 ˙ The yacht terminal on Changzhou Island in Huangpu District was held. We will organize 200 yacht and water sports equipment, diving equipment, sightseeing boats, and water tourism related industry chain enterprises to participate in the exhibition, invite 100 investment and financing institutions and experts and scholars to participate in the forum exchange, and expect to receive 35000 visitors to visit and experience.

Introduction to the venue

The Cheung Chau Island Yacht Pier is located in a revolutionary holy land with historical allusions and ecological charm. Adjacent to the city center is a natural shelter, with a water length of about 1.1 kilometers, a narrowest point of 70 meters, a widest point of 200 meters, a total area of about 150000 square meters, and a water depth of about 3-4 meters. Through the joint control of the Cheung Chau Island group gates, it ensures excellent water quality, no undercurrent surges in the water area, and is safe and reliable. It is the closest water sports center to the city center.

Relying on the operating rights of 156 yacht docks (including shorelines), the dock undertakes the berthing and supply of public yacht berths, carries out yacht driving training, yacht leasing and other business activities, and creates a platform for the aggregation of yacht related industry chains; Relying on the water resources of Xindanchong, we provide the public with a variety of water sports (such as dragon boat, sailing, windsurfing, paddleboarding, kayaking, rowing, and navigation models), and create a comprehensive training, entertainment, competition, and service base that integrates multiple water sports, as well as a one-stop water sports equipment procurement center; Relying on the holding company Huangpu Culture (Guangzhou) Development Group to undertake the platform function of overall development of Changzhou Island and adjacent Jiangxin Islands, focusing on waterway and water systems, connecting historical and cultural landscapes such as Huangpu Military Academy, Nanhai Temple, and Fuxu Ancient Tomb with Lingnan original scenery, promoting the integration of diverse cultural and tourism elements, optimizing the tourism product system, and reshaping the historical, cultural, and ecological tourism brand of Changzhou Island.

The Cheung Chau Island Yacht Terminal started operation in June 2016, focusing on yachts, water sports, and cultural tourism, introducing about 10 yacht berthing bases, 40 sailboats, 50 kayaks, 6 dragon boats, 15 paddles, 4 lifeboats and other activity equipment gathering bases; Carry out nearly 300 large and medium-sized events, serving approximately 50000 people, and form brand event activities such as Mini New Ironman Triathlon, Sailing Open, Canoe Experience, and Dragon Boat Invitational; Train a group of excellent sailing students and teams to participate in numerous large-scale sailing events such as the Youth Sailing (Sailing) Championships, National Optimist Sailing Championships, and China Cup Sailing Race.

Exhibition procedures

1. After the exhibiting companies confirm their participation, please confirm the booth location, fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, stamp it with the official seal, copy the business license with the official seal, and scan it to the organizing committee

2. After exhibitors register, participating companies are required to make a remittance within five working days. Please send the remittance receipt to the organizing committee (see the exhibition application form for the remittance account). If the deadline is exceeded, the organizing committee will not retain the booth;

3. After the organizing committee confirms the exhibitor's booth, they will send an "Exhibitor Handbook" via email, which includes information related to exhibit transportation, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangements, item rental and service, advertising, and visa applications;

4. During the exhibition, the organizing committee will issue a unified invoice for exhibition fees.
