Fill in the booth application form, stamp and sign, then mail or fax it to the Organizing Committee of the conference. Within one week after applying for the booth, the exhibition fee [30% (deposit) or full payment] shall be transferred by telegraphic transfer or submitted to the organizing committee. The principle of booth allocation: "apply first, pay first and arrange first"; the balance will be paid before June 1, 2019, otherwise the organizing committee will regard it as giving up the exhibition. After receiving the application form and booth fee, the organizer will send the invoice of the payment to the exhibitor. The payment will not be refunded if the exhibitor withdraws during the registration.
