Participation Procedures
1. Exhibitors, please fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, stamp it with the official seal, and then fax or send it to the organizing committee of the conference.
2. Within 3 days after registration, the enterprise shall transfer 50% (or full payment) of the exhibition fee to the designated account of the conference organizing committee to determine the booth;
3. Booths, advertisements, etc. will be arranged by the organizing committee in a unified manner, with application, payment, and allocation being made first. Co organizers can prioritize arrangements.
4. In order to comply with the overall layout of the exhibition, the organizing unit has the right to adjust the position of individual booths when necessary. Due to uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, government actions, social anomalies, etc., the organizing unit may delay or cancel the exhibition.
