Exhibition details:
Please carefully fill out the booth application form, stamp it, and send it to the organizing committee of the conference via email or scan. Within one week of applying for a booth, 50% (deposit) or full payment of the exhibition fee shall be wired or paid to the organizing committee. The principle of booth allocation is "apply first, pay first, arrange first", and the remaining payment shall be paid before April 25, 2024. Otherwise, the organizer has the right to change the booth they have booked. After receiving the "Exhibition Application Form" and booth fees, the organizer will send the invoice and "Exhibition Handbook" to the exhibitor. The exhibitor will withdraw midway after registering for the exhibition, and the deposit paid by the exhibitor will not be refunded.
