Regional Overview

Xi'an, an important central city in western China and the starting point of the Silk Road, is one of the three international metropolises explicitly constructed by the country. It is also a co chair city of the World Urban Land Organization, with a permanent population of over 10 million people. Shaanxi Province is adjacent to Shanxi and Henan to the east, Ningxia and Gansu to the west, Sichuan, Chongqing, and Hubei to the south, and Inner Mongolia to the north. It occupies an important position connecting the eastern and central regions of China and the northwest and southwest; The successive opening of the Xilan High Speed Railway and Xicheng High Speed Railway has gradually formed a "rice" shaped high-speed rail network connecting the surrounding nine provinces and regions with Xi'an as the center. After 22 years of successful operation, the 2024 Xi'an Full House Customized Home Building Materials Exhibition has a total exhibition area of nearly 50000 square meters and more than 400 participating brands. The entire upstream and downstream industry chain has spoken out, with strong supply and sales, media focus, and a professional audience ratio of over 60%. In addition, furniture manufacturers from various regions have organized groups to participate in and visit the exhibition. This year's furniture exhibition will focus on the core goal of building a marketing platform, industrial chain supply platform, home lifestyle promotion platform, and public experience consumption platform for the central and western home industry centered on Xi'an. It will further establish the organization of core content and continuously strengthen the promotion and traction role of high-quality development of the furniture industry; Highlighting the platform function of enhancing the cooperation of major industries and market services in exhibitions, adhering to the exhibition policy of "specialization, marketization, standardization, and refinement", continuously improving the organization of home supply resources and the invitation and service of participating merchants, and building a first-class well-known exhibition brand in China.

The organizing committee collaborates with furniture associations and furniture stores in various cities in the northwest to organize more than ten free shuttle bus routes for dealers, serving distribution agents in Shaanxi and surrounding provinces and cities. Collaborate with over 50 large decoration and real estate companies in Xi'an to invite over 3000 end customers for on-site procurement. Inviting hotels, major universities, furniture markets, import and export companies, furniture production and processing enterprises, large domestic and foreign enterprises and institutions to attend the exhibition.

Empty space (starting from 36m2) 680 yuan/square meter

The standard for empty space configuration requires a special decoration management fee of 15 yuan/square meter to be paid to the exhibition hall on site (providing conference journal introduction, security, and cleaning services).
