5、 Exhibition procedures

Fill out the booth application form, add a seal, scan, express or fax it to the organizing committee of the conference. Within 3 working days of applying for a booth, the full payment of the booth fee shall be transferred to the account of the organizing committee. Otherwise, the organizer shall not retain the exhibition confirmed in the exhibition application.

The principle of booth allocation is "apply first, pay first, arrange first". If exhibitors withdraw midway after registering for the exhibition, the fees paid for the exhibition will not be refunded. If payment is not made within the specified time, the booth will not be retained. In order to maintain the overall image of the exhibition, the organizing committee has the right to adjust individual booths and has the final interpretation right;
