The 2023 China (Tianjin) City Appearance, Environmental Sanitation Facilities, Equipment and Garbage Classification Exhibition (referred to as Tianjin Environmental Sanitation Exhibition) was grandly held from May 24th to 25th at the Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center in Tianjin, and was successfully concluded. The exhibition was guided by the Tianjin Urban Management Committee, the China Urban Environmental Sanitation Association, hosted by the Tianjin City Appearance, Environmental Sanitation Industry Association, and organized by Tianjin Qiyang Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. Exhibition Agreement

1. Enterprises that meet the exhibition scope and have relevant department certification permits can apply to participate in the exhibition. Please fill out the exhibition application form carefully and stamp it with the official seal before sending it via fax or email to the organizer.

2. Within seven working days after registration, the exhibitor shall remit 50% of the total exhibition amount as a prepayment to the designated exhibition account to determine the booth location; Please pay the remaining 50% of the payment before March 25, 2024. If payment is not made on time, the organizer will consider it a breach of contract and has the right to cancel or adjust the booth. If the exhibitor withdraws midway, the paid amount will not be refunded as a penalty for breach of contract.

3. The principle of booth allocation in order: priority should be given to the size of the booth, and the principle of "apply first, pay first, and arrange first" should be followed. In order to ensure the overall image of the exhibition, the exhibitor reserves the right to transfer some booths.

4. The organizer shall send the Exhibitor Handbook to the paid exhibitors before the opening of the exhibition. The content includes exhibition transportation, start and end times of opening, booth design and construction, application process, item rental and services, exhibition safety issues, and other related information. Exhibitors are requested to carefully read and comply with the content of the exhibitor manual!
