Notes for enterprises applying for exhibition:

4. Due to uncontrollable human factors such as epidemics, earthquakes, or government actions, if the event cannot be held as scheduled and needs to be postponed, the booth fee paid by Party B cannot be refunded and can only be used as a fee for participating in the postponed event;
5. Due to the overall needs of the conference or special reasons, both parties shall negotiate to change the booth location, and the exhibiting units shall cooperate in the implementation;
6. Exhibitors are not allowed to transfer their booths on their own, and are not allowed to bring flammable, explosive, toxic or products that do not match the declared products into the exhibition.
