1. Fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" and mail or send the documents to the organizing unit. The booth follows the principle of "apply first, pay first, and arrange first";
Within one week after applying for a booth, 50% (deposit) or the full amount of the exhibition fee shall be remitted to the designated account of the organizing unit, and the remaining amount shall be paid before August 20, 2024. After remitting various fees, exhibitors are requested to transfer the bank remittance form to the exhibition organizing unit.
3. Send the company's Chinese and English introduction and advertising documents (if any) in electronic format to the exhibition organizer before August 10, 2024. If translation is required, please inform us in advance.
