The China International Welfare Expo and China International Rehabilitation Expo are hosted by the China Disabled Persons Federation and have been successfully held for sixteen times. They are the national and ministerial level exhibition of assistive devices for people with disabilities in China, as well as a large-scale and effective event in the rehabilitation and assistive device industry in China. The exhibition brings together new technologies and applications from the global rehabilitation, assistive devices, elderly care, and health industries, leading the future development of the industry and helping enterprises explore unlimited business opportunities.
On May 21-23, the 2023 China International Welfare Expo and China International Rehabilitation Expo (CR EXPO), the annual rehabilitation accessory industry event, was successfully concluded at the Shougang Convention and Exhibition Center in Beijing. This year's Welfare Expo covers an area of 25000 square meters, with over 300 brand exhibitors gathered here, presenting cutting-edge products and technological solutions to 35000 visitors. Overseas guests and visitors from all over the world also came to visit. The three-day exhibition was bustling with people, and the exhibitors and visitors had in-depth exchanges, creating a lively atmosphere. At the exhibition, many enterprises took innovation as the leading factor and showcased their latest intelligent research achievements. Visitors can experience tens of thousands of new intelligent assistive devices and technologies on site. These new products widely integrate cutting-edge technologies such as AI, biomimetics, artificial intelligence, rehabilitation robots, virtual reality, 3D printing, and new materials, leading the new trend of rehabilitation assistive devices. In addition, the promotion and exchange activities for innovative achievements in assistive devices for people with disabilities were held simultaneously. A total of 92 works in the design, product, and service categories were selected for social promotion, attracting a large number of viewers to stop and watch. During the Welfare Expo, 35 high-quality forum activities were held, including the Children's Rehabilitation New Technology Development Forum, Hearing and Speech Rehabilitation Academic Report Conference, the 12th Assistive Technology Innovation and Development Forum, the 1st "Assistive Tools on Campus" Forum, the 1st Charity Forum for Assisting the Disabled, and the Community Home Care Service Innovation and Development Seminar, attracting industry professionals from across the country to actively participate. The forum was fully booked and the venue was packed. More than 300 experts and scholars from various fields of rehabilitation assistive devices shared the latest scientific research achievements and solutions in the field of rehabilitation assistive devices at the forum, interpreted relevant policy support, and exchanged and discussed industry cases, development prospects, and other issues with attendees, helping to promote cooperation in the development of the rehabilitation industry to a new level.
