China (International) Beef and Lamb Industry Expo - Timely Rain for Industry Development

In order to promote the high-quality development of Inner Mongolia and China's beef and mutton industry, the "2023 China (International) Beef and mutton Industry Expo and Beef and mutton Prefabricated Vegetable Procurement and Trading Conference" was held at the Hohhot International Convention and Exhibition Center from August 4th to 6th, 2023, guided by the Inner Mongolia Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Department, hosted by the Inner Mongolia Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Industrialization Leading Enterprise Association, and hosted by Shanghai Ningcheng Cultural Media Co., Ltd. The leaders of Inner Mongolia Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Department, Inner Mongolia Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Industrialization Leading Enterprise Association, and Inner Mongolia Catering and Restaurant Industry Association praised this exhibition and unanimously agreed that in the future, Inner Mongolia will vigorously develop pre made dishes, especially beef and mutton pre made dishes. What is most lacking is the processing equipment, advanced production technology, product packaging and design of pre made dishes. These gaps were all showcased at this exhibition, which is a great promotion for our comprehensive development of the prefabricated food industry.
