Costs & Precautions

Exhibition fees:

Standard booths: Room A1 and A2, priced at 6800 yuan per booth; A3 and A4 halls cost 5800 yuan per unit; S1-S4 halls cost 7500 yuan per unit.

Note: Each standard booth has a size of 9 square meters (3 meters in length) × Width of 3 meters × 2.45 meters high, including three side panels, Chinese engraved lintels, one table and two chairs, two spotlights, 220V, 5A power sockets. The cost of booth modifications and additional configurations shall be borne by oneself.

Light and space: 650 yuan/square meter for halls A1 and A2; 600 yuan/square meter for A3 and A4 halls; S1-S4 halls cost 750 yuan/square meter.

Note: Starting from 36 square meters, no standard exhibition configuration is provided. Special booth site management fees, construction electricity fees, equipment electricity costs, and expenses incurred from renting electrical boxes must be paid by the exhibitor to the exhibition hall engineering department.
