Exhibition Procedures

1. Exhibiting companies fill out the exhibition application form, stamp it, and then scan or fax it to the organizing committee of the conference.

2. Please transfer the exhibition fees to the organizing committee's account within 5 days of applying for a booth, as a confirmation of the booth. Otherwise, it cannot be guaranteed to arrange the original booth. The organizing committee has the right to automatically cancel or adjust booths for which no payment has been made.

3. The principle of booth allocation is "apply first, pay first, and arrange first".

4. Exhibitors who withdraw midway after registering for the exhibition will not have their deposit refunded.

5. The accommodation, product transportation, special decoration and other matters of the attending representatives will be subject to the Notice of Exhibition Affairs.
