6、 Exhibition fees

1. Booth fees:

Type standard booth (minimum rental of 9m2) indoor light and ground (minimum rental of 18m2)

Domestic enterprises: 21800 yuan/9 square meters, 2200 yuan/square meter

Overseas enterprise $3800 USD/9 square meters $380 USD/square meters

A 9-square-meter standard booth includes: two or three exhibition boards, carpets, one consultation table, one round table, six folding chairs, two spotlights, one 220V/5A power socket, wall back panel painting production (two or three wall painting, each 2.48m high * 2.96m long) and company lintel (Chinese and English names and booth number)

2. Sponsorship fees:

Exclusive title sponsorship: 880000 yuan; Co organizer sponsorship: 198000 yuan, thanking unit sponsorship: 98000 yuan. For specific benefits and individual sponsorships such as on-site advertising, banquet sponsorship, cocktail party sponsorship, interview promotion, identification and hanging rope advertising, please contact the organizing committee for details;

3. Exhibition on-site promotion fees:

Each speech costs 3000 yuan (30 minutes), including: exhibition information bar and on-site water sign login;

4. Overseas Days Beijing Overseas Real Estate Immigration and Study Abroad Industry Cooperation Summit:

Each speech costs 8000 yuan (30 minutes), including pre exhibition promotion, exhibition information bar, and on-site water sign login;

Exhibition Procedures

For units interested in participating in the exhibition, please contact the organizing committee. After determining the booth, fill out the exhibition "Exhibition Application/Agreement Form" and stamp it with the official seal. Mail or fax it to the organizing committee. After the exhibition agreement is signed, the exhibitor shall pay 50% of the exhibition fee as a deposit within 3 working days, and the remaining amount shall be paid in full before February 20, 2024.
