The 7th Hainan Medical and Health Industry Expo in 2023 is scheduled to be held from November 15-17, 2024 at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center (Haikou). This exhibition will focus on inviting Hainan medical institutions, industry associations, purchasers, distribution agents, and industry experts to participate together, forming an industry grand event that integrates forum activities, platform displays, user docking, and system services, providing new and old customers with a new exhibition experience. We have always been committed to serving the medical and health services of Hainan Free Trade Port and promoting the development of the health industry. We are committed to providing scientific solutions to improve the level of medical equipment in Hainan region and building a platform for cooperation and exchange for exhibitors and medical and health institutions. Exhibition Rules
Booth specifications: A standard booth of 3mX3m, equipped with a 2.5m high three sided display board, one consultation table, two chairs, two spotlights, one lintel, and one 220V, 5A power socket.
Standard booth in the exhibition area: 8800 RMB/9 square meters/booth
Special exhibition space: 1000 yuan/square meter/without any configuration, self built with a minimum rent of 36 square meters.
Exhibition procedures: Fill out the exhibition contract in detail, stamp it with the official seal, fax, email or mail it to the organizing committee, and transfer the total exhibition fee to the designated account of the conference within one week to confirm the booth and advertisement. Otherwise, the booth will not be retained. The organizing committee has the right to automatically cancel or adjust booths for which no payment has been made.
Booth arrangement: Based on the principle of "registration first, payment first, and arrangement first", the organizing committee has the right to adjust a small number of booths.
Exhibition Notice
1. All participating units are requested to register after the plan is mature;
2. Exhibitors who request to withdraw their exhibition application after confirming their booth will not be refunded any exhibition fees unless approved by the organizing committee;
3. If exhibitors have special requirements during registration, they must indicate them in the exhibition registration form;
4. Event arrangement: The organizing committee shall notify exhibitors of matters related to exhibition transportation, accommodation, etc. one month before the event;
5. Note: Exhibitors must bring copies of their Business License, production (business) license and product registration certificate when registering for the conference.
