Local governments at all levels are strictly prohibited from unilaterally assessing education administrative departments and schools based on student exam results and school admission rates. Local governments and schools that have seen a continuous decline in the physical health level of children and adolescents for three years shall be held accountable in accordance with the law and regulations.
