1、 Preface
Currently, with the deepening of China's energy revolution and the establishment of a low-carbon, efficient, and green energy system, it has become a top priority to accelerate energy structure adjustment and transformation and upgrading. As an important component of a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient modern energy system, nuclear energy will play a positive role in the energy revolution.
At present, China is in a critical period of transitioning from a nuclear power powerhouse to a nuclear power powerhouse, and the nuclear power industry is facing a historical opportunity to develop towards high-quality development and become the world's leading nuclear power player. Shandong is currently in a critical period of transforming old and new kinetic energy, focusing on the goal of building an energy powerhouse, building a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient nuclear energy system, and accelerating the formulation of special plans for the nuclear power industry to support its development. After years of cultivation and development, Shandong has entered the forefront of advanced nuclear energy technology research and development, and nuclear power equipment manufacturing in China, becoming an important innovation and development frontier in the nuclear power industry.
In this context, supported by the National Energy Administration, National Nuclear Safety Administration, National Defense Science and Technology Administration, Shandong Provincial Energy Administration, Yantai Municipal People's Government and other units, sponsored by the China Machinery Industry Federation, China Association for the Promotion of Nuclear Safety and Environmental Culture, and the Nuclear and Radiation Safety Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, as well as the China Electrotechnical Society and Yantai Nuclear Power Research and Development Center The 2024 Yantai International Nuclear Power Industry and Equipment Exhibition, jointly organized by Beijing Qifa Exhibition Service Co., Ltd., will be held from August 15 to 17, 2024 at the Yantai Bajiaowan International Convention and Exhibition Center. This exhibition will focus on comprehensively showcasing new technologies and equipment in nuclear power technology research and development, as well as nuclear power equipment manufacturing, both domestically and internationally. It will showcase the achievements in China's nuclear energy field in recent years, build an exchange and service platform, explore the problems in development, and enable the whole society to have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the development of the nuclear power industry, supporting its development.

Standard booth fee (3mX3m): Basic price for open space (starting from an area of no less than 42 square meters):

The standard booth includes a 9 square meter exhibition venue and carpet, a 2.5m high wall panel, lintel production, one negotiation table, two chairs, one 220V power socket, and two fluorescent lamps.
The luxury special booth includes: on the basis of the standard booth configuration, a booth lightbox, company logo, a glass round table, three chairs, and a color page in front of the conference magazine (worth 8000 yuan).
The bare space expenses include: exhibition venue, security, cleaning services (excluding special decoration management fees).
5、 Exhibition procedures:
Fill out the booth application form, stamp it, and mail or fax it to the organizing committee of the conference. Within one week of applying for a booth, the exhibition fee [50% deposit or full payment] shall be wired or paid to the organizing committee. The booth allocation principle is "apply first, remit first, arrange first", and the remaining payment shall be paid before July 20, 2024.
After receiving the Exhibition Application Form and booth fees, the organizer will send the Exhibitor Handbook to the exhibitors. Exhibitor accommodation product transportation and other matters will be subject to the Exhibitor Handbook.
6、 Journal and other advertisements:
In addition to being widely distributed to regulatory authorities, relevant associations, professional visitors, and purchasers during the exhibition period, the magazine will also be sent to domestic and foreign property owners and related distribution units through the host organization.

7、 Exhibition concurrent activities:

Each exhibitor can apply to hold a special conference, with a cost of 15800 yuan per session for domestic companies and 4000 euros per session for foreign companies (20 minutes or less will be charged per session).

Organize domestic and foreign nuclear power plants, nuclear industry regulatory authorities, nuclear power research institutes, various nuclear industry units, and nuclear power equipment production enterprises to participate in exhibitions.
