Zhengzhou has obvious geographical advantages, with international and domestic major channels and hubs forming, and smooth external connections and internal circulation. Convenient flow of factors and vibrant regional economy. There are a total of 49900 schools (institutions) at all levels and types in Henan, including 23900 kindergartens, 21600 compulsory education schools, 1680 high school education schools, 151 special education schools, 168 ordinary higher education institutions, and 21400 private schools at all levels and types, with 26.8231 million students, ranking first in the country. The number of students and faculty accounts for about 9% of the country, and the education equipment market is very huge.

The Henan Education Equipment Expo has been successfully held for five sessions, with a total exhibition area of nearly 180000 square meters. It comprehensively showcases innovative products and cutting-edge technologies required for preschool education, basic education, vocational education, special education, and higher education. It provides a platform for educational management departments, government procurement departments, 49900 schools, and participating enterprises to showcase achievements, recommend applications, share experiences, and cooperate and exchange.

The 6th Henan Education Equipment Expo plans to have an exhibition area of 65000 square meters, with six planned exhibition areas: General Education Equipment, Digital Education, Preschool Education, School Uniform and Garden Uniform, School Logistics and Quality Education Exhibition, totaling 2800 booths.
