INTRODUCTION

Beijing International Tourism Expo is the most influential international well-known Tourism Exhibition hosted by Beijing Municipal Bureau of culture and tourism and hosted by Beijing ruilaisen Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. It is an important exchange and trading platform for promoting tourism resources and products and promoting tourism consumption in the global tourism industry and has been successfully held for 15 times.

Online appointment negotiation system

Each exhibitor can obtain an opsa (online pre scheduled appointment system) account separately, and the exhibitor and the buyer can make an appointment before the exhibition through opsa system. The exhibition site is equipped with a special business negotiation area for buyers and sellers, which makes the negotiation and cooperation more effective, realizes the effective negotiation in the exhibition and improves the transaction effect of the exhibition.


2. B2B + B2C synchronous operation

B2B + B2C will be carried out simultaneously during the exhibition: B2B on the first day (professional day), B2C on the second day and B2C on the third day (public day).

On the morning of B2B, specially invited buyers went to the booths of international exhibitors for face-to-face negotiation with exhibitors, and in the afternoon, international exhibitors went to the professional buyer seller negotiation area for negotiation.

On the day of B2C, international exhibitors can gain profits by inviting mainstream travel agencies in Beijing to sell tourism products on their own booths, or arrange their own personnel to promote on their own booths.
