The total exhibition area is nearly 40000 square meters, which is 2.6 times that of the 2019 Xiamen spring whole food exhibition. More than 560 imported food, high-end food and beverage, trendy food, candy and chocolate, pastry and snacks, ice cream and frozen food enterprises from all over the world focus on releasing tens of thousands of new products for the spring of 2021, of which more than 2000 new products are released globally for the first time. According to statistics, the number of visitors to 2021 Shenzhen spring total food exhibition reached 68189. Among them, the number of professional visitors was 66157, accounting for 97.02%.
From September 26 to September 28, 2021, the 2021 China candy and snack exhibition and global high-end food exhibition (whole food exhibition) was grandly opened in Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center. Nearly 1000 enterprises from 26 countries and regions jointly released tens of thousands of new products for the autumn of 2021 here. According to statistics, the intended turnover of the first phase of the whole food exhibition was as high as 5.932 billion yuan, attracting 68379 visitors from all over the country. Through on-site ticketing and pre registration and other measures, the proportion of professional visitors to this whole food exhibition further increased, reaching 97.12%. As the first national super large comprehensive food exhibition in the second half of the year, the success of 2021 autumn whole food exhibition has comprehensively boosted the confidence of China's food and beverage industry.
