Step 1: receive the exhibition materials "invitation letter, exhibition application form and Exhibition map" sent by the organizing committee to exhibitors
Step 2: exhibitors fill in the exhibition "Exhibition Application Form" and affix their official seal, and fax it to the organizing committee
Step 3: after the Organizing Committee receives the "Exhibition Application Form", both parties will confirm the booth and sign the "exhibition contract"
Step 4: both parties sign the exhibition contract, the exhibitor pays the booth fee within the contract date, and the contract takes effect
 
Standard booth services:
1. Relevant configuration of standard booth: three panels, carpet, one inquiry table, one square table and two folding chairs
